Overall clean hotel in a nice building really close to all the tourist areas, the center of Kolkata and local transport and metro. Favourable and comfy location, very near to new market. Again, walking distance to a commercial botany gallery. The rooms with reliable hot water and an excellent view, for example, well-mannered and very attentive staff at the reception desk.

Near Market, Decent Room Size
Spent Easter weekend at a hotel near the market and it was a decent sized room with some good amenities. The speedy WiFi helped me catch up on some work, and the location to the market was a big plus. Enjoyed exploring the area with the convenience of being so close.
The dirty floors and outdated amenities made for an unpleasant stay. It's difficult to justify the high price for such a lackluster experience.
Tourists from India often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
